Is my product data private?
Yes. Your product information (CSV data, descriptions, pricing, SKUs) is processed entirely in your browser. It is never stored on our servers. Uploaded images are held temporarily during your session and are not permanently retained. We do not have access to your product catalog.
What do I need to get started?
Just a spreadsheet (CSV) of your products, or even just product photos. You can also start from scratch with manual entry. No technical knowledge required.
Which platforms does Catalogd support?
Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, and Squarespace. Each export is formatted exactly to that platform’s import requirements.
How does the AI content generation work?
Our AI reads your product data (titles, categories, brand voice) and writes unique descriptions, SEO titles, meta descriptions, and tags for every product. You review and approve everything before downloading.
What is a ‘run’?
A run is one complete catalog preparation from start to finish. Upload your products, map your columns, generate AI content, review, and download. Each plan includes a set number of runs.
Is there a free option?
Yes. The free tier gives you 1 run with up to 5 products on 1 platform. No credit card required.
What if I need more runs?
You can purchase additional runs anytime. Starter ($49) gives you 1 run with 50 products. Pro ($149) gives you 5 runs with 250 products across all platforms. Studio ($399) gives you 20 runs with 2,000 products and priority support.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Start with the free tier. No credit card, no commitment. See the quality of the AI-generated content with your own products before upgrading.
How long does a run take?
Most users complete a run in under 15 minutes. The AI generates all content in seconds. The bulk of the time is reviewing and approving your descriptions.
What format do I get at the end?
A ready-to-import CSV file formatted exactly for your chosen platform. Upload it directly to Shopify, Etsy, or whichever platform you selected.
Do you offer refunds?
Since runs are consumed immediately upon use, we do not offer refunds on completed runs. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from completing a run, contact us at hello@catalogd.io and we will make it right.
