What Catalogd is

Catalogd is a product catalog preparation service. You provide product data (names, prices, descriptions, images) and we return a formatted, platform-ready catalog file with AI-generated descriptions, optimized images, and completed SEO fields. The service is provided by Catalogd ("we", "us", "our").

Acceptable use

By using Catalogd, you agree to:

• Only upload product data that you have the right to use.
• Not use the service to generate content that is illegal, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
• Not resell access to the service or use it to build a competing product.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content

Catalogd uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate product descriptions, SEO fields, and other catalog content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or language that doesn't perfectly match your brand.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated descriptions before publishing them to your store. We recommend checking every product description for accuracy, especially claims about materials, dimensions, certifications, or safety information.

Payment terms

Catalogd offers the following plans, all one-time payments:

• Starter: $29, one-time. 1 run, up to 150 products, 1 platform.
• Pro: $79, one-time. 5 runs, up to 500 products per run, all 6 platforms. Runs never expire.
• Studio: $199, one-time. 20 runs, up to 2,000 products per run, all 6 platforms. Runs never expire.

All payments are processed by Stripe. All plans are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. Runs included in your plan never expire. Refunds are not offered after a run has been used.

Your data

You retain full ownership of all product data, images, and content you upload to Catalogd. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your catalog data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Limitation of liability

Catalogd is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to produce accurate, well-formatted catalog files, but we are not liable for:

• Errors in AI-generated product descriptions or SEO content.
• Import failures caused by platform changes, corrupted source data, or third-party platform bugs.
• Lost sales, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from catalog errors.
• Data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Catalogd will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
